Machine Runs Over Toes of Louis Bullock | Louis Bullock, superintendent o the C. Reiss Coal Co., had about the most narrow escape recorded in Sheboygan history yesterday afternoon when the toes of his left foot were run over by an automobile, driver unknown. He was crossing the street neat the Reiss office when the machine turned the corner. According to Mr. Bullock the driver cut across close to the curbinb and he stepped back just in time to avoid being knocked down. The fender of the car scraped the buttons of his coat. His foot was not hurt by the accident. (Sheboygan Press, May 19, 1915) |
Rites on Thurday for L. H. Bullock | The funeral of Louis H. Bullock, general superintendent of the C. Reiss Coal company, who passed away early Tuesday morning, will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the residence, 1947 N. Fourth street. Rev. Wilfod Evan of the First Congretational Churh will officiate and interment will be in the family lot in Wildwood cememtery. At the ceremony there will be brief Masonic rites. (Sheboygan Press Nov 11, 1931) The name of two survivors were omitted in the noticeof the death of Louis H. Bullock, who did here November 10. Those whose names were omitted are WIlliam J. Bullock and L. H. Bullock, both of Chicago, sons of the deceased Mr. Bullock. A third son, James, was born to this union, but preceded his father in death in 1893. Other survivors are Miss Lola Hurd and Mrs. Fred Puls, Sheboygan, daughters and WIlliam Bullock of Chicago, a brother. (Sheboygan Press, Nov 19, 1931) |
