  came from Holland to the new netherlands in the mid 1600's. Frans settled around Port Orange.   The Douglass Family (Norma Elizabeth Douglass - hart) in Ontario Canada was related to the Outwater's and Seeley's there. The Johnston Family (Sally Johnston Kimball - Hart) was also descended from the Outwater Family. And our cousin's, the Vandervoort Family also married into the outwater line.
