i was refering to Wm. de Warenne, the 1st earl (1030-1088). There is so much conflicting info. on the de Warrenes. Here is what I have down to Isabel(le):

Rudolph (= Ralph) de Warenne (-.1074) + Beatrix de Rouen
William de Warenne 1st Earl of de Warenne (1030-24 JUN 1088) + Gundred \Gundrada (-27 MAY 1085) He came with Wm. the Conqueror, a cousin. He was awared over 300 manor houses in England. Built castle at Castle Acre, Norfolk. Coat of arms over church door in Caslte Acre.
