- Sven and Anna had, in 1786, sold the upper part of Fitja (which later
became bruk 4). The lower part of the farm was deeded to Gotskalk
Alvsson Hamre by auction, but Sven remained as manager. In 1801 Sven
engaged in a lawsuit against Gotskalk Hamre (on behalf of his son,
Erik), regarding the legal ownership of the farm. Five years later it
was Ola Tolleivsson Steinsland who owned the farm, after a transfer
agreement of 2050 riksdalar. In 1809 this part was, again, divided.
