      Alpha Weyeneth, well known retired farmer, died at his home in this city Friday morning. He had been afflicted with dropsy for the past few years and had been confined to his home for the past six months. Mr. Weyeneth was well known, having lived in this vicinity all his life. he was past 72 years of age and retired from the farm and moved to town four years ago. He is survived by his wife, four daughters and seven sons; also three sisters. The funeral was held Tuesday morning. Short services were held at the home and thence to the Apostolic Christian Church southwest of town, Elder Michael Mangold being in charge of the services. The interment was in the church cemetery.
