  Mrs. L. Bullock Passes Away Here Wednesday Night   Mrs. Louis H. Bullock, 63, passed away at the family residence, 1947 N. Fourth street, at 9:15 p. m. Wednesday, following a short illness.   Mrs. Bullock was born in Beloit on May 5, 1863, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Silas Bibbens, (sic) pioneer settlers of Beloit. She was a member of the First Congregational curech and was well known. Many enjoyed her friendship.   The survivors are her husband, L. H. Bullock, two daughters, Miss Lola Hurd, at home, and Mrs. Fred Puls, this city, and one son, Roy Hurd, of Chicago. A daughter, Mrs. Louis Goss, of Beloit, passed away in 1908.
