| Notes |
Came to to Plymouth Colony with his father on the ship Hercules. On June 6, 1639 a Thomas Withereley was fined 10 pounds for his contempt and threatening the marshall. "...but upon his submission of five pounds was remitted, & hee paid in the other 5t, & was discharged." d. before 1684 since he was not mentioned in his father's will. The fine was probably not for this Thomas since he was only 6, however there are no other references to him and it can be presumed that he died young.
