  Sarah "Sally" Adams 1946-2004   Sarah "Sally" Adams of Lenand died at her home on Oct 1. She was 57.   She was born on Oct 25, 1946, in Fort Wayne, Ind., the daughter of the late Samuel Pickens and Kethryn (Koenig) Adams.   She graduated from Ft. Wayne's South Side High School and attended Michigan State University. She was employed at Tom's Market in Northport.
