  He went south and was not mentioned in his father's will. He settled where Washington, D.C. now stands, this having been part of VA. at the time. Before 1700 he was established as a tobacco grower, He went to N.C. with his s. Robert but soon returned to Va. where family traditon has it he was thrown into the Potomac River and frowned by rebellious slaves. The date of death is not known.
